Custom Color: All Hair Must Be Purchase Through Jay'Rella Princess BundlesTM Website. I Will Not Custom Color Any Other Brands Hair Bundles/Extensions/Wigs. No I Will Not Color Hair If You Ship It Back To Me. You Must At The Time Of Checkout: Have Purchased Your Hair Bundles, And Custom Color. I Have Been Licensed 14 Years As A Cosmetologist. So I Am Over Qualified To Color Hair. Once I Have Photographed The Hair, And You Agree The Color Is As Perfect As The Picture You Have Provided, Hair Will Be Shipped. Shipping Will Take A Bit Longer Due To The Request Of Custom Color. If You Have An Event Please Plan Accordingly. Once The Hair Is In Your Possession, I Am No Longer Responsible For The Hair/Or Color. If You Are Unhappy With The Hair Please Read: The Refund/ Exchanges Terms.

Custom Orders Are Available For Longer Lengths From 28" Up To 30", Specific Closure And Frontal Sizes, and Wigs. Please Plan According To The Website Shipping Schedule.

Custom Orders Only: Will Be Received By Email. Please Only Email Custom Orders Between 8am - 4pm Est Time; Everday.

If You Email Me Any Other Time, Or Day; Other Then Explained. The Email Will Not Be Received, Responded To, Or Processed.

Orders Will Ship Every Tuesday, And Thursday. All Orders Will Have A Tracking #. 

Sezzle Orders: Will Need 3-5 Extra Business Days To Ship. So The Order Can Be Properly Fulfilled. I Will Do My Best, To Keep You Up To Date On Your Sezzle Order. FYI: Sezzle Will Not Check, Or Affect Your Credit Score.

 

 

 

Lost Packages

If Package Is Lost I Will Do Everything In My Power To Call Your Carrier: As You Should Do So Too, To Find The Package. If No Strong Attempt Is Made By You, To Locate Your Package. No New Package Will Be Issued, Or Refunds, And Or Store Credit.

I Am Not Responsible For Wrong Addresses. Whatever Address You Use Through The Website For Your Shipping Address Must Be Correct. Rinse The Hair With Cool Water. Hang Dry the Hair. Do Not Wring, Or Twist The Hair. Refunds & Exchanges:

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit ONLY! NO REFUNDS! Hair Must Be In Its Original State It Was Sent Out To You In. In It's Original Packaging: Tags Cannot Be Torn, Ripped, Or Damaged In Any Way. Hair Must Be Sent Back Within 30 Days Of Purchase. A Restocking Fee Of $30 Made Through Site Store, Must Be Paid Before Exchanges, Or Return Is Initiated. You Cannot Use Store Credit To Cover The Restocking Fee. Credits Expire 30days After The Product Is Returned.
